Federal Laws, Rules and Regulations. If the Grant Funds involves federal funding, Xxxxxxx understands and agrees that federal laws, rules and regulations will control the Work and its implementation. Unless a written waiver is granted, Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all required federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Work, in addition to all State requirements.
