Common use of Federal or State Funding Clause in Contracts

Federal or State Funding. If any portion of the funding for this Agreement is derived from the State of Florida, or any department of the State of Florida, or from federal funding through the State of Florida, the provisions of this sub-paragraph shall apply, provisions elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding. CONSULTANT shall make inquiry from the CITY'S Project Manager to determine whether Federal or State funding is applicable to this Agreement.
