Federal Project Financial Management Department. Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this Part A, the Recipient shall designate, at all times during the implementation of the Project, the Federal Project Financial Management Department (FPFMD) to be responsible for financial management under the Project. The Recipient shall take all actions, including the provision of funding, personnel and other resources necessary to enable the FPFMD to perform these functions, in accordance with the provisions of the PIM.
