Grant Recipients awarded a new Federal grant greater than or equal to $30,000 awarded on or after October 1, 2015, are subject to the FFATA the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (“FFATA”) of 2006. The FFATA legislation requires that information on federal awards (federal financial assistance and expenditures) be made available to the public via a single, searchable website, which is xxx.XXXXxxxxxxx.xxx. The Grantee agrees to provide the information necessary, within one (1) month of execution, for the Department to comply with this requirement.
