Common use of Federal Requirements and Guidance Clause in Contracts

Federal Requirements and Guidance. The Subrecipient agrees to, and assures that each Third Party Participant will prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, and: (i) Comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; (ii) Comply with Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq.; (iii) Facilitate compliance with Executive Order No. 11246, “Equal Employment Opportunity” September 24, 1965 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e note), as amended by any later Executive Order that amends or supersedes it in part and is applicable to federal assistance programs;
