Common use of Federal Supply Schedules Clause in Contracts

Federal Supply Schedules. State, local, or nonprofit Recipients may not use Federal Supply Schedules to acquire federally assisted property or services except to the extent permitted by U.S. GSA, U.S. DOT, or FTA laws, regulations, directives, or determinations.

Federal Supply Schedules. A Recipient that is a State, locallocal government, or nonprofit Recipients entity may not use Federal Supply Schedules to acquire federally assisted property or services services, except to the extent permitted by U.S. GSA, U.S. DOT, or FTA lawsFTA, regulations, directives, or otherwise permitted by other Federal laws or regulations and in accordance with applicable Federal directives or determinations.
