So that Buyer may comply with the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA), Seller hereby declares under penalty of perjury that it is not a foreign person, as defined in FIRPT A. At or prior to Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with such additional information (including Seller's taxpayer identification number) and affidavits as may be necessary for Buyer to comply with FIRPTA.
