FEDERALLY REQUIRED PROVISIONS. 10.5.1 If applicable, Contractor agrees to comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit to this contract (“Exhibit 12-G Required Federal-Aid Contract Language,” including but not limited to form FHWA-1273), which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. Contractor agrees to insert the substance of the provisions of this clause in all subcontracts issued pursuant to this contract.
