Federation Fees. Upon executing this contract you will become a member of Australian Parachute Federation Ltd (“APF”). You acknowledge, agree and consent to becoming a member of the APF. Upon your becoming a member of the APF, the APF Constitution will comprise a contract between you and the APF and you will be bound by it and any regulations, policies or codes made under it (including but not limited to the APF Operational Regulations and Code of Ethics). You shall submit to any disciplinary measures taken against you and shall only appeal any disciplinary decision in the manner permitted under the APF Constitution, policies and regulations. You will pay on demand the prescribed or stated APF membership fees.
Federation Fees. L 5.01 On each pay date for which an Occasional Teacher receives a pay, the Employer shall deduct from each Occasional Teacher the OSSTF dues and any levy chargeable by OSSTF. The amounts shall be determined by OSSTF in accordance with its constitutions and forwarded in writing to the Employer at least thirty (30) days prior to the expected date of change.
Federation Fees. 7:01 UTS shall deduct OSSTF dues from each Teacher’s monthly pay. The amounts to be deducted will be determined by OSSTF in accordance with its Constitution and Bylaws and forwarded in writing to UTS.
Federation Fees. L4.01 On each pay date on which a member is paid, the Employer shall deduct from each member the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit or an equivalent amount. The amounts shall be determined annually by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit in accordance with their respective constitutions and forwarded to the Employer at least thirty (30) days prior to the expected date of change.
Federation Fees. Upon executing this contract the parachutist will become a member of Australian Parachute Federation (“APF”). The parachutist acknowledges, agrees and consents to becoming a member of the APF. Upon the parachutist becoming a member of APF the APF Constitution will comprise a contract between the parachutist and APF and the parachutist will be bound by it and any regulations made under it. The parachutist will pay on demand the prescribed or stated APF membership fees.
Federation Fees. Federation Fees shall be deducted in 10 equal instalments and the Board shall remit the amount to OECTA Provincial Secretary-Treasurer. For the purpose of this Article, “regular union dues” shall have the same meaning as under Section 47(2) of the Ontario Labour Relations Act. OECTA shall indemnify and save the Board harmless against any claim or liability arising out of the application of this Article. The payment shall be accompanied by a dues submission list showing the names and dues deducted.
Federation Fees. 9.01 The Board shall deduct, for every pay period and for each teacher and occasional teacher, union dues and assessments. Dues and assessments deducted in accordance with this Article shall be forwarded to the ETFO General Secretary within thirty (30) days of the dues being deducted. The Union shall inform the Board, from time to time, of the amount of such dues and assessments. The payment shall be accompanied by a dues submission list showing the names, addresses, wages earned and dues and assessments deducted. In addition to providing a written copy of this information, the Board shall provide the information in electronic form.
Federation Fees. 4:01 The Board shall deduct from the pay of each Teacher ten equal monthly installments for the regular union dues as defined by ss.47 (2) of the Ontario Labour Relations Act. The Association shall advise the Board in writing of the amount of fees authorized by the Association membership in keeping with the Constitution and By-laws of the Association. The Board shall transmit the total amounts so deducted to the Association.
Federation Fees. (a) Each teacher of the Board who is covered by this agreement shall pay to ETFO an amount equal to the current ETFO dues and assessments (dues) in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of ETFO.
Federation Fees. Federation fees shall be deducted in 10 equal payments. Each payment shall be one-tenth of the total fee from September to June.
