DEFINITION OF LEVELS. 3.01 Subject to the other sections of this Article, placement of teachers as of August 31, 2004 shall be determined in accordance with "Q.E.C.O." Teachers' Qualifications Evaluation Program "5" (hereinafter referred to as "Q.E.C.O. 5").

DEFINITION OF LEVELS. (a) Teachers who are members of or and who hold only temporary certificates as Teachers of Oral French to English speaking pupils in Elementary Schools of Ontario. Persons who hold a Letter of Permission, except those who, holding a permanent certificate qualifying them to teach in where French the language of instruction, are employed as Teachers of Oral French and the levels of such latter persons shall be determined by the terms of below. Categories outlined by the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario Programme shall be used.
DEFINITION OF LEVELS. (a) Non-degree teachers shall be placed on the Basic Salary Scale in accordance with the teachers' Pay Equity Plan, 1990.
(b) Degree teachers, who entered into the employ of the Board on or since September 1, 1987, shall be placed on the Basic Salary Scale in accordance with Q.E.C.O. Programme 4.
(c) There shall be an exception beyond 5 Ministerial Courses, to a maximum of 3, in each of the areas of Religious Education, Family Life Education and Special Education.
(1) Ontario Teacher's Certificate plus a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an Ontario university, or an equivalent academic university degree,
