Federation Representatives. Duly authorized representatives of the Federation who are not Faculty Members shall be permitted to transact official Federation business on the District premises so long as the transaction of such business does not interfere with the performance of Faculty Members' duties to the District.
Federation Representatives. A. The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the Federation, upon reasonable and proper introduction and notice, shall have reasonable access to the premises and may request access to appropriate records and files of the Employer during working hours to conduct business with the Employer within the scope of employment relations.
Federation Representatives. If Federation Building Representatives and Officers must conduct union business immediately before or after school, they may report to their assigned building five minutes before the beginning of school for students, and/or may leave the building at five minutes after student dismissal except that they shall report at the time required to perform their morning or afternoon duties on the days they are assigned.
Federation Representatives. Section 1. The Federation shall notify the Employer of the employees who act as Federation Representatives.
Federation Representatives. The duly authorized business representative of the Federation and also the Local (affiliated with the Federation), upon presentation of proper identification to the Producer, shall each be granted access to the studio or other place where services are being performed hereunder. Each shall be permitted to visit during hours, that studio or other place where services are being performed hereunder for the proper conduct of the business of the Federation or of such Local.
Federation Representatives. 38.1.1 An accredited Federation representative at the place in which they are employed shall, upon notification thereof to their employer, be recognised as an accredited Federation representative.
Federation Representatives. The EMPLOYER will recognize REPRESENTATIVES designated by the FEDERATION as the grievance representatives of the bargaining unit having the duties and responsibilities established by this Article. The FEDERATION shall notify the EMPLOYER in writing of the names of such FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVES and of their successors when so designated.
