Common use of Fee Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Fee Adjustments. (a) As of January 1 of each Year (commencing as of January 1, 2016), each of the Fees will be increased by an amount equal to the sum of the then applicable fee as of the preceding Month plus the product of the Annual Escalation Factor multiplied by such fee.
