Common use of Fee Disputes Clause in Contracts

Fee Disputes. 19.1. If you, acting reasonably, dispute an amount invoiced by us, you: (a) must pay the undisputed amount of the invoice by the due date; (b) must notify us of the dispute and the reasons for the dispute within 3 days of receipt of the invoice; (c) may withhold payment of the disputed part of the invoice until the dispute is resolved in accordance with clause 29. 19.2. On resolution of the dispute in our favor, you must pay any additional amounts agreed or determined to be payable, plus interest at an annual rate equivalent to 2% per annum above the base rate set by the Reserve Bank of Australia from time to time on that amount, accruing daily from the date when the invoiced amount was due for payment until the date on which payment is actually made. 19.3. You shall pay all legal and debt collection costs incurred by us in enforcing your payment obligations of under this Agreement.
