Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).
Overdue Charges. If any charges are not received from You by the due date, then at Our discretion, (a) such charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date such payment was due until the date paid, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

If any invoiced amount is not received by Company by the due date, without limiting Company’s rights or remedies, those overdue charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. Company reserves the right to condition an overdue Account’s future subscription renewals and Order Forms on shorter payment terms than those stated herein.

Overdue Charges. If any amounts invoiced are not received by Adverity by the due date, then, without limiting Adverity’s rights or remedies,
a. such charges may accrue late interest at the statutory rate; and
b. Adverity may condition future Subscription renewals and Commercial Agreements on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section IV.3.
Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by PCS by the due date, then without limiting PCS’s rights or remedies,
(a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) PCS may condition future Service renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in the “Invoicing and Payment” section above.
Overdue Charges. At Contractor's option, it may assess overdue account charges, in accordance with the provisions of ORS 293.462(3), up to a maximum rate of two-thirds of one percent per month (8% per annum) in accordance with the provision of ORS 293.462(4).
Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, We reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, but not exceeding 5% p.a., and pursue any other rights or remedies available to Us.
Overdue Charges. If any undisputed, invoiced amount is not received by Dedrone by the Due Date, then (i) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 3.0% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and (ii) Dedrone may condition the purchase of future Products on receipt of payment for previous Product and/or payment terms shorter than those specified on the previous Purchase Order.
