FEE FOR SERVICES; REIMBURSABLES. 2.1 The Owner agrees to pay the A-E a lump sum fee (“Fee”) for Basic Services, and the Additional Services identified in Exhibit A, of and no/100 Dollars ($ .00). The Fee will not change unless the Owner directs significant changes to the quantity, quality standards or types of construction included in the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing statement, the Fee will not change due to increases or decreases in the Construction Cost Limitation (Paragraph 8.2).
