Fee for Service. In providing its services and operations, Contractor will maintain compliance with requirements of the AOD Policy and Procedure Manual including additions and revisions, incorporated by reference herein. The maximum length of stay is set by the specific funding source and an extension beyond a 90 day period may be granted only by written approval from the Alcohol and Other Drug Services (AOD) Administrator, pursuant to a Contractor’s written request outlining and justifying the client’s clinical need. Reimbursement will be approved only for clients who referred through the formal referral process outlined in the AOD Policy and Procedure Manual.

Fee for Service. The IDVR State Administrator shall set the fees for covered services, after discussion with Certified Extended Employment Services Providers. Such fees shall be set forth in the annual Extended Employment Services Provider Agreement. Such fees shall be reviewed annually, and may be adjusted by IDVR to take effect at the beginning of the fiscal year. (3-14-07)

Spirogen shall permit representatives of Kolltan to audit, inspect, and copy [**] per year during regular business hours, during the Term and for [**] thereafter, the books, records, and accounts of Spirogen to the extent that such books, records, and accounts pertain to or otherwise relate to the performance of such services, including any costs incurred for or charged to Kolltan. Kolltan shall pay for any such audit unless the audit reveals that Kolltan overpaid fees due pursuant to this Article during the period of the audit by [**] percent ([**]%) or more, in which case Spirogen shall pay the cost of the audit.
