Fee of Escrow Agent. The escrow account will accrue a service charge of $20.00 per month. In addition, a $20.00 per check fee will be charged if the escrow account has to be refunded due to a failure to complete the subscription. All of these fees are payable upon the release of the Escrowed Funds, and the Escrow Agent is hereby authorized to deduct such fees from the Escrowed Funds prior to any release thereof pursuant to Section 3 hereof.

Fee of Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent will receive a fee of $___ per year in exchange for its services under this Agreement. If the conditions of this Agreement are not promptly fulfilled, or if the Escrow Agent renders any service not provided for in this Agreement, or if Great Lakes requests a substantial modification of its terms, or if any controversy arises, or if the Escrow Agent is made a party to, or intervenes in, any litigation pertaining to this escrow or its subject matter, the Escrow Agent shall be reasonably compensated for such extraordinary services and reimbursed for all costs, attorney's fees, and expenses occasioned by such default, delay, controversy or litigation, and the Escrow Agent shall have the right to retain all documents and/or things of value at any time held by the Escrow Agent in this escrow until such compensation, fees, costs and expenses are paid, up to the amount of such compensation, fees, costs and expenses. Unless otherwise provided, the Escrow Agent may deduct such sums from the funds deposited in the Escrow Account if the funds are to be disbursed to Great Lakes.
Fee of Escrow Agent. Buyer shall be liable for the fees of the Escrow Agent, which shall not be chargeable against the Escrow Fund.
Fee of Escrow Agent. The Company shall pay the fees of the Escrow Agent serving under this Agreement, if any.
Fee of Escrow Agent. The fee of the Escrow Agent shall be as provided in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Fee of Escrow Agent. The fess of the Escrow Agent is One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700.00) which shall be paid by Borrower. The fee agreed on for services rendered hereunder is intended as full compensation for the Escrow Agent's services as contemplated by this Agreement; however, in the event that the conditions of this Agreement are not fulfilled, the Escrow Agent renders any material service not contemplated by this Agreement, there is any assignment of interest in the subject matter of this Agreement, there is any material modification hereof, any material controversy arises hereunder. or the Escrow Agent is made a party to or justifiably intervenes in any litigation pertaining to this Agreement or the subject matter hereof, the Escrow Agent shall be reasonably compensated for such extraordinary expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, occasioned by any delay, controversy, litigation, or event and the same may be recoverable from the Lender and the Borrower in equal shares.
Fee of Escrow Agent. The Compnt will accrue a service charge of ------------------- $15.00 per month. The service charges will be payable by the Company upon the release of the Escrowed Funds. The $1,500 fee is payable upon execution of this Agreement.
Fee of Escrow Agent. The Company will pay to the Escrow Agent a fee of $_________ for if the Escrow Funds are refunded to subscribers pursuant to section 3(c). Such fee shall be paid promptly by the Company and may not be deducted from the Escrow Funds.
Fee of Escrow Agent. A fee of $2,000.00 will be paid by the Purchaser to the Escrow Agent as compensation for its services hereunder. It is further agreed that a reasonable additional compensation will be paid to the Escrow Agent by Purchaser for any unusual, extraordinary services that may be required to render hereunder.
