Common use of Fee Schedule Clause in Contracts

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree to pay the Transfer Agent fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule B”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule B2.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket the expenses and advances identified in under Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent. Reimbursement by the Fund of expenses to be incurred by the Transfer Agent with respect to significant projects required to comply with changes in law or regulation or significant systems or infrastructure upgrades may be agreed to in advance by mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees and expenses as set forth may be agreed upon in writing, from time to time, by the attached fee schedule (“Schedule B”)Transfer Agent and the Fund. Such fees and out-of-pocket reimbursable expenses and advances identified in under Section 2.2 3.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund Trusts agree to pay the Transfer Agent fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“"Schedule B”"). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Trusts and the Transfer Agent.

Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified as discussed in Section 2.2 3.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Funds and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent of services provided pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees as and expenses set forth in the attached fee schedule (the “Schedule BFee Schedule”). Such fees and out-of-any out of pocket expenses and advances identified in under Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time time, subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree agrees to pay the Transfer Agent fees an annual base fee for each cusip as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“"Schedule B”3.1"). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 under SECTION 3.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. Such other fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in under Section 2.2 4.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.. Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Fund, the Adviser, and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund Trusts agree to pay the Transfer Agent fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule B”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Trusts and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agree Transfer Agent agrees to pay the Transfer Agent Company fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule B”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Transfer Agent and the Transfer AgentCompany.
