Common use of Fee Schedule Clause in Contracts

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 2.1”). Such fees and the expenses and advances identified under Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent. Reimbursement by the Fund of expenses to be incurred by the Transfer Agent with respect to significant projects required to comply with changes in law or regulation or significant systems or infrastructure upgrades may be agreed to in advance by mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

For the performance by the Transfer Agent Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund Transfer Agent agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the Company fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 2.1B”). Such fees and the out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund Transfer Agent and the Transfer Agent. Reimbursement by the Fund of expenses to be incurred by the Transfer Agent with respect to significant projects required to comply with changes in law or regulation or significant systems or infrastructure upgrades may be agreed to in advance by mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer AgentCompany.

For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund Adviser, on behalf of Fund, agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 2.1B”). Such fees and the out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under in Section 2.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and Fund, the Transfer Agent. Reimbursement by the Fund of expenses to be incurred by the Transfer Agent with respect to significant projects required to comply with changes in law or regulation or significant systems or infrastructure upgrades may be agreed to in advance by mutual written agreement between the Fund Adviser, and the Transfer Agent.

Fee Schedule. For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent the fees an annual base fee for each cusip as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“"Schedule 2.1”3.1"). Such fees and the out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 2.2 SECTION 3.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent. Reimbursement by the Fund of expenses to be incurred by the Transfer Agent with respect to significant projects required to comply with changes in law or regulation or significant systems or infrastructure upgrades may be agreed to in advance by mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.
