Fee to Halt Dispossessory Action. Landlord can file a dispossessory action against Tenant if any rent or other fees and charges owed by Xxxxxx are not paid in full by the Due Date. In the event that a dispossessory action is filed against the Tenant and then dismissed prior to a court hearing because Tenant pays the amounts owed, Tenant shall also pay Landlord, as liquidated damages, the Fee to Halt Dispossessory Action in the amount set forth elsewhere herein. This fee shall immediately be paid as additional rent along with all other amounts paid to halt the dispossessory action.
