Common use of Fee Waiver by Adviser Clause in Contracts

Fee Waiver by Adviser. The Adviser has agreed to waive its management fees and/or assume expenses to the extent necessary to reduce the Fund’s expenses (excluding 12b-1 fees) (“Fund Expenses”) when they exceed 1.74% of the Fund’s average daily net assets (the “Annualized Expense Ratio”).

Fee Waiver by Adviser. The Adviser has agreed to waive its management fees and/or assume expenses to the extent necessary to reduce the Fund’s expenses (excluding 12b-1 feesfees and other costs relating to reorganizations or liquidations) (“Fund Expenses”) when they exceed 1.74% of the Fund’s average daily net assets (the “Annualized Expense Ratio”).

Fee Waiver by Adviser. The Adviser has agreed to waive the lesser of 30bps of its management fees and/or assume expenses to the extent or an amount necessary to reduce the Fund’s expenses (excluding 12b-1 fees, interest, taxes, brokerage commissions and other costs incurred in connection with the purchase or sale of portfolio securities, and extraordinary items) (“Fund Expenses”) when they exceed 1.74to 1.50% of the Fund’s average daily net assets (the “Annualized Expense Ratio”).
