Common use of Fee Clause in Contracts

Fee. As compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided and expenses paid or assumed by the Administrator to or for each Series or its Institutional Class under this Agreement, the Institutional Class of such Series shall pay the Administrator an annual fee as set out in Schedule B to this Agreement.

As compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided and expenses paid or assumed by the Administrator to or for each Series or its Institutional Investor Class under this Agreement, the Institutional Investor Class of such Series shall pay the Administrator an annual fee as set out in Schedule B to this Agreement.
