Feed Water Deliveries. All Feed Water deliveries shall be to the applicable interface located at the boundary of the Plant and the Mill (the “Feed Water Delivery Point”). Such interface location will be designated by the Parties in good faith at least six (6) Months prior to the commencement of the Initial Operating Period.
