Fees and Charges County will pay the following fees in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. Payment shall be as follows:
Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited. Contract Exhibit B ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The sections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety or added as follows:
Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.
Service Fees and Charges Service fees and charges for participation in IDX shall be as established annually by the Board of Directors. (Amended 5/05)
Fees Payable A) Our fee does NOT include other costs which are part of the migration process such as Immigration application lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service (s) which is/are provided to you, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are due. Refund Policy: BOCCS services are best aimed to get the approval of visa. But in an unlikely situation of the visa rejection, the below refund would be provided. 100% refund paid to BOCCS Visas, as processing fees. In case the visa is rejected based on below points
SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement. We may, from time to time, increase or decrease the service charges for The Services and provide notice of such changes by sending a notice to Your Contact Info, by posting notice at Our premises or on the Financial Institution’s website, by personal delivery, or by any other means We, acting reasonably, consider appropriate to bring the change to Your attention. Current service charges for The Services may be obtained by contacting Us or through the Financial Institution’s website. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.
Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.
PAYMENT AND CHARGES Details of all current fees and charges referred to in this section are stated in the Service and Price guide published by the Bank, copies of which are available on request. These Charges may be amended from time to time with 10 days prior notice to the Cardholder. Notice would be given through statement messages, website and/or notices published at our branches.
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.
Taxes and Charges Contractor shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, contributions or charges applicable to the conduct of the Contractor’s business.
