Fees and Charges definition

Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;
Fees and Charges means all fees and charges authorized to be received by the Authority from the Borrower pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement for the purpose of paying the Authority Annual Fee and the fees and expense of the Fiduciaries.
Fees and Charges means any sales charges, distribution fees, management fees, administrative fees, account set-up or closing charges, surrender charges, transfer fees, insurance fees or any other fees, charges or expenses whether or not contingent or deferred which are or may be payable in connection with the acquisition, holding, transferring or withdrawal of units of a segregated fund credited to the contract.

  • Review and setting of the Annual Fees and Charges taking into consideration inflationary pressures; the potential impact of competition in terms of price and quality; trends in demand; results of customer surveys; budget targets; cost structure implications; impact on other service areas; alternative more effective charging structures and proposals for targeted promotions etc.

  • Any transaction initiated on a Card in a currency or country other than the currency or country in which the Card was issued (each, a “Foreign Transaction”) will be subject to a fee (“Foreign Transaction Fee”) set forth in the “Schedule of All Fees and Charges (Schedule A)” attached to this Agreement.

  • Any request for changes to the Virtual Machines is subject to payment of Fees which are charged in accordance with the Schedule 1 Fees and Charges unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

Fees and Charges means all fees and charges authorized to be charged by the Bank pursuant to the terms and provisions of Loan Agreements.
