Fees and Charges under Service Contracts. To the extent such expenses are the obligations of Transferor and not of a tenant's under its Lease, fees and charges under any Service Contracts that are being assigned to and assumed by Heritage LP at the Closing on the basis of the periods to which such Service Contracts relate.
