Common use of Fees and Commissions Clause in Contracts

Fees and Commissions. No officer, director or agent of MANAGEMENT and no person who occupies a paid supervisory or paid executive position with AGMA or with MANAGEMENT, or who receives compensation from MANAGEMENT and participates in engaging, casting, or discharging of ARTISTS, shall act as manager, agent, or personal representative of any ARTISTS or receive any fee, commission or other consideration for services of such character from any ARTIST.

Fees and Commissions.
