Common use of Fees and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Fees and Enforcement. Other than amounts that have been paid in full or with respect to which arrangements satisfactory to the affected credit parties under the DOE Credit Facility have been made, no fees or taxes including documentary, stamp, transaction, registration, or similar taxes are required to be paid to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability, priority or admissibility in evidence in applicable jurisdictions of any Transaction Documents.
