Fees and Enforcement. Other than amounts that have been paid (or will, as and when required, have been paid) in full, no fees or Taxes, including without limitation stamp, transaction, registration or similar taxes, are required to be paid for the legality, validity, or enforceability hereof or of any of the other Transaction Documents.
