Common use of Fees and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Fees and Enforcement. Other than amounts (i) that have been paid in full or (ii) with respect to which arrangements have been made and such arrangements have been disclosed to DOE and to the Borrower’s Knowledge are satisfactory to DOE, no fees or taxes including documentary, stamp, transaction, registration, or similar taxes are required to be paid to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability, priority or admissibility in evidence in applicable jurisdictions of any Transaction Documents.
