Fees and Expenses of Brokers and Others. Except for broker fees that will be paid by Seller at Closing, none of Seller or the Companies have any liability for any brokers’ or finders’ fees or any similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and none of Seller or the Companies has retained any broker or other intermediary to act on its behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
