Except for broker fees that will be paid by Buyer at Closing, Buyer does not have any liability for any brokers’ or finders’ fees or any similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and has not retained any broker or other intermediary to act on its behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
