Common use of Fees and Expenses of Brokers and Others Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Brokers and Others. Purchaser is not committed to any liability for any brokers' or finders' fees or any similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and has not retained any broker or other intermediary to act on its behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. All fees and expenses of Purchaser (including the fees and expenses of Purchaser's attorneys, accountants, and investment banker) in connection with the transactions contemplated herein shall be paid in full by Purchaser.
