None of the Acquired Companies is committed to pay any liability for any brokers’ or finders’ fees or any similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and none of the Acquired Companies has retained any broker or other intermediary to act on its behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated by or related to this Agreement.
