Fees and Expenses of Warrant Agent. 8.03.1 The Company shall pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and will promptly reimburse the Warrant Agent for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder. 8.03.2 The Company agrees to perform, execute, acknowledge, and deliver or cause to be performed, executed, acknowledged, and delivered all such further and other acts, instruments, and assurances as may reasonably be required by the Warrant Agent for the carrying out or performing of the provisions of this Agreement.
