Fees and Licenses. The Corporation shall pay professional/technical fees for any employee who is required by the Corporation to be a member of a professional/technical association, and license for any employee who is required to be licensed, other than Motor Vehicle Operator's Licenses. However, time off with pay shall be granted for medical examinations and license examinations for air ticket operators, provided the time off does not exceed a maximum of two (2) hours.
