Fees and Other Compensation of the Advisor. a. The Advisor or its designees shall be entitled to receive from the respective Advisees (except those payable by others as noted below) the following fees and other compensation, which shall be paid to the Advisor by the OP on its own behalf or on behalf of the Company:
