Fees and Other Sources of Funding. a. The Contractor guarantees that any claims made to MDHHS under this Contract must not be financed by any source other than MDHHS under the terms of this Contract. If funding is received through any other source, the Contractor agrees to deduct from the amount billed to MDHHS the greater of either the fee amounts, or the actual costs of the services provided.
