Fees and Subscription Terms a. While we make available a free version of the Software and Platform, we may charge for certain tools or features and functionality of a premium version of the Software or premium subscription to the Platform. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide Baicai with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer accepted by us) (“Payment Provider”), as a condition to signing up for a premium version of the Software or premium subscription for the Platform for which we charge. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Agreement to determine your rights and liabilities. By providing Baicai with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Baicai is authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to Baicai hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify Baicai of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder. Baicai reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately or upon posting through the Services.
b. As a user of the Services, you will be responsible for payment of the applicable fee for any premium version of the Software or premium subscription of the Platform (each, a “Service Subscription Fee”) at the time you purchase such premium version or subscribe to paid services and select your monthly or annual subscription package (each, a “Service Commencement Date”). Except as set forth in the Agreement, all fees for the Services are non-refundable.
c. Your subscription will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with the Agreement. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each a “Renewal Commencement Date”) and continue for an additional equivalent period, at Baicai’s then-current price for such subscription. You agree that your Account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the Renewal Commencement Date (or in the event that you receive a notice from Baicai that your subscription will be ...
Fees and Subscription Terms. The basic version of the Video Editor can be used completely free of charge. We also have a range of subscription options to best meet your needs. You can opt to subscribe for our Pro version to access Pro services and content. Our Fees are subject to different subscription plans, gift plans and promotions, and we, therefore, reserve the right to update our Fees from time to time. You acknowledge that, if we change the Fees, this will not affect your existing subscription, therefore, if you have signed up for subscription at a certain Fee, any Fee changes will not affect any current subscription or any Renewals. Please note that if you have purchased the subscription through Apple iTunes or Video Editor application, the following conditions apply for: • Confirm subscription: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase • Manage subscriptions: Users can manage or unsubscribe in iTunes & App Store account management in the phone system settings. • Auto-renewal: Apple iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. To cancel the renewal, please turn off auto-renew manually at least 24-hours before the end of the period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. • Free trial: Free trial (if any) will automatically renew the Pro version after expiration. You can cancel the renewal by going to the Account Settings before the trial ends. If you pay to subscribe to the Pro version before the trial period ends, the current trial will end automatically. Users should understand the consumer price and items in advance when consuming. If you are a minor, please make the purchase with the approval of your guardian. The rights obtained by the user after payment shall not be inherited or transferred to a third party.
