Common use of FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Clause in Contracts

FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. During the term of this Agreement the employer shall deduct fees and subscriptions from the wages of employees who are members of the New Zealand Professional Firefighters’ Union, where the employee has authorised the employer to deduct such fees and subscriptions for remittance to that organisation in accordance with the provisions of the Wages Protection Xxx 0000.
