FEES AND SUFFICIENT FUNDS. (a) Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, you shall pay Bank all fees, charges, and costs related to the Funds Transfer Services as set forth on Bank’s fee schedule (as amended from time to time), a copy of which has been made available to you. Such fees do not include, and you shall be responsible for the payment of, all sales, use, excise, value- added, utility or other similar taxes relating to the Funds Transfer Services, as applicable. If Bank so requires, you will pay such fees, charges, and costs before Bank will execute a request for Funds Transfer Services. Bank may also debit any of your Accounts for payment of such fees, charges, and costs. You acknowledge that Bank may amend or change its fee schedule from time to time. (b) You agree that each Account to be debited will contain sufficient funds to allow for payment of each transfer of funds requested hereunder at the time that such transfer is to be made. Bank shall have no obligation to make any funds transfer unless the affected account contains sufficient funds to cover such transfer. If Bank does execute a transfer of funds that creates an overdraft, you shall immediately pay on demand the amount of the overdraft.

  • Company Funds All funds of the Company shall be deposited in its name, or in such name as may be designated by the Board, in such checking, savings or other accounts, or held in its name in the form of such other investments as shall be designated by the Board. The funds of the Company shall not be commingled with the funds of any other Person. All withdrawals of such deposits or liquidations of such investments by the Company shall be made exclusively upon the signature or signatures of such Officer or Officers as the Board may designate.

  • Fees and Payments Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Fees to ICANN on a quarterly basis in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Disbursements and Payments Each disbursement by the Bank and each payment by the Borrower will be: (a) made at the Bank's branch (or other location) selected by the Bank from time to time; (b) made for the account of the Bank's branch selected by the Bank from time to time; (c) made in immediately available funds, or such other type of funds selected by the Bank; (d) evidenced by records kept by the Bank.   • Settlement Funds The Servicer shall be named as a payee on all insurance loss drafts and upon receipt thereof, the funds shall be credited to the Borrower's Insurance Proceeds balance and deposited into (a) where such funds will be applied to the repair and restoration of the related Mortgaged Property and where required by applicable state law, one or more separate escrow accounts, so that the balance on deposit in such accounts is fully insured at all times by the FDIC through either the BIF or SAIF or (b) where such funds will not be applied to the repair and restoration of the related Mortgaged Property, the respective Custodial P&I Account.

  • Fees and Payment 2.1 All fees payable are due within 30 days from the invoice date. Once placed, Your order is non-cancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable, except as provided in this Agreement or Your order.
