Fees, Commissions and Other Charges. The Borrower shall pay to the LC Issuer the Letter of Credit Issuance Fee with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by the LC Issuer, as set forth in the Fee Letter. In addition, the Borrower shall pay the LC Issuer $150 in connection with any amendment of any Letter of Credit.
