Common use of Fees, Costs, etc Clause in Contracts

Fees, Costs, etc. On each Borrowing Date, the Borrower shall have paid to the Agents, the Joint Lead Arrangers and the Lenders all costs, fees, expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of White & Case LLP and local and maritime counsel and consultants) and other compensation contemplated hereby payable to the Agents, the Joint Lead Arrangers and the Lenders or payable in respect of the transactions contemplated hereunder, to the extent then due; provided that any such costs, fees and expenses and other compensation shall have been invoiced to the Borrower at least three Business Days prior to such Borrowing Date.
