Fees exclusive of GST. The Applicant acknowledges that unless expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, the Fees and all other monetary sums referred to or calculated in accordance with this Agreement are exclusive of GST and the Applicant must pay GST in addition to the Fees and other monetary sums referred to or calculated in accordance with this Agreement.
