Common use of Fees for Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Additional Services. The Consultant may be authorized to perform Additional Services for which additional compensation and/or Reimbursable Expenses, as defined in this Agreement under Articles A4 and B3.3 respectively, may be applicable. The webpage also provides the procedures for completing these forms. Failure to use the forms or follow the procedures will result in the rejection of the Work Order Proposal.
