Common use of Fees for Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Additional Services. The Consultant may be authorized to perform Additional Services for which additional compensation and/or Reimbursable Expenses, as defined in this Agreement under Sections B3.53 and B3.35 respectively, may be applicable. The Consultant shall utilize the Work Order Proposal Form and worksheets which can be found on the City’s Webpage at: xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/XxxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxxxx. The webpage also provides the procedures for completing these forms. Failure to use the forms or follow the procedures will result in the rejection of the Work Order Proposal. The compensation for such services will be one of the methods described herein: mutually agreed upon Lump Sum; Hourly Rate with a Not to Exceed Limit.
