Fees for Legal Advice. Owner shall pay reasonable expenses incurred by Agent in obtaining legal advice regarding compliance with any law affecting the Premises or activities related to them. If such expenditure also benefits others for whom Agent in this Agreement acts in a similar capacity, Owner agrees to pay an apportioned amount of such expense.
