Fees for Legal Advice. Owner shall pay reasonable expenses incurred by Broker/Designated 14 Property Manager in obtaining legal advice regarding compliance with any law affecting the Property. If such 15 expenditure also benefits other principals of Broker/Designated Property Manager, Owner shall pay an apportioned 16 amount of such expense.
