Common use of Fees for Sub-Consultant’s Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Sub-Consultant’s Services. Owner shall only reimburse Consultant for the actual, direct costs of Services performed by it’s Sub-Consultants, and shall not reimburse Consultant for any overhead or mark-up of costs added to the direct cost of a Sub- Consultant’s Services.
