Fees of Enforcement. In the event any Party commences legal action to enforce its rights under this Debenture, the non-prevailing party shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, accountant's fees, appraiser's fees and investigative fees) incurred in enforcing such rights.
