Omnibus Provision Sample Clauses

An Omnibus Provision serves as a catch-all clause that addresses miscellaneous or additional matters not specifically covered elsewhere in an agreement. It typically applies to issues such as the interpretation of the contract, the handling of unforeseen circumstances, or the inclusion of general terms like severability or governing law. By consolidating these various elements into one section, the Omnibus Provision ensures that any gaps or ambiguities in the contract are addressed, thereby promoting completeness and reducing the risk of disputes over unaddressed issues.
