Fees of the REMIC Administrator. In the event the Trustee and the REMIC Administrator are not the same Person, the Trustee covenants and agrees to pay to the REMIC Administrator from time to time, and the REMIC Administrator shall be entitled to, reasonable compensation (as set forth in a written agreement between the Trustee and the REMIC Administrator) for all services rendered by it in the exercise and performance of any of the obligations and duties of the REMIC Administrator hereunder.
